They are being accumulated by month/year simply to minimize the time needed to post them here.
For the month of February, the following were the days for which I was unable to find an image I thought worth sharing...

Tishomingo Rd 1862, 02/26/2019
An iPhone capture as I was out & about on an errand.
Don Robinson State Park 0001, 02/23/2019
One of my fave foggy am shots in the nearest state park. It intrigued the heck out of me how this young sapling had managed to hold on to its leaves through this point in winter when all the 'big kids' had let theirs go so much earlier in the season.
Childrens Hospital Garage 008, 02/15/2004
It's interesting what caught my eye in the parking garages provided by my employer back in the day. I have a number of abstracts captured in one or the other of the various garages in which I was assigned to park.
I remember this one specifically because of the experimentation I was doing with soft focus to make the story more about the shapes/tones captured than about the literal content type. This one succeeded better than the other attempts during that session, but I wasn't sufficiently impressed by the end result to continue pursuing the technique.
Lake Tishomingo 051, 02/03/2007
Occasionally while working on this photoblog, I've grown a bit weary of having only lake shots from virtually this same location available as the daily selection. On the other hand, it's always good to know there is a nearby 'go to' location that affords me the opportunity to capture a weather related event that may not last long enough to travel to an alternative location.
Missouri Botanical Garden 0023, 02/25/2020
From the annual orchid show the MO Botanical Garden puts on each year.
St. Louis Zoo 0038, 02/22/2019
It had been so long since I'd been to any zoo, I thought I'd drag the camera gear around the local one and found these 2 in the penguin house. They are rather humorous to observe with all the antics they perform.
Lake Tishomingo 004, 02/09/2010
An early morning hike the day after enough of a snowfall the previous day to leave me a bit leary of trying to drive to alternative locations. With our lake being a man made one, early purchasers of lots around the lake frequently built little more than a storage shed on the lot to house some very basic fun 'staycation' items when they came down to the lake from St. Louis. There are a handful of lots around the lake that, to this day, have little more than this...though the community has turned into a much more residential flavor with the majority being full time residents.
One of the only 10 images I've captured post an approx 6" snowfall in this area. And directly off the front stoop of my house. Because this snow event was combined with some brutal cold (couple overnights < 0F), I opted to sit things out this time around and only ventured out the front door long enough to capture a handful of similar abstracts. The hard line in lower right is the sun peeking around the corner of my house. And the one distinctive shape is a Japanese Maple sapling sitting just off that corner.
Lake Tishomingo 020, 02/13/2011
Yes, it's another lake front shot...a west looking view at...sunrise!
Lake Tishomingo 025, 02/07/2009
My little Lake Tishomingo 'Niagra'. :D A 'waterfall' doesn't have to be 80ft high to be impressive. This one was probably 18inches...at most.
Lake Tishomingo 009, 02/04/2007
Virtually a copy of yesterday's entry in this photoblog....just captured from the opposite side of the dock.
